Something is still glowing beneath the surface. Not a flame exactly—more like the warmth left behind after one, when the air is heavy, the edges have softened, and everything familiar begins to feel slightly unreal.
Davana brings a dark, wine-like sweetness, wrapped in resinous cistus and bitter myrrh, while a splash of rum loosens the whole composition. Then leather appears beneath the warmth, dry and shadowed, with olibanum rising through it like smoke caught in fabric.
By the end, the darkness has turned soft. Vanilla and tonka bean melt into balsamic benzoin, while musk smooths the edges and oud keeps a quiet depth underneath. What began as heat becomes something almost weightless—the strange calm that comes only after intensity has burned itself away.
