Great Way is an oriental fragrance released in 2023 by the French brand Haute Fragrance Company. The Great Way composition is a vivid symbol connecting East and West, inspired by the Great Silk Road. It stretched across the Eurasian continent and served as the most important trade route between Europe and China in ancient times and in the Middle Ages.
The road was not easy, but this did not stop the brave travelers. They uncovered the secrets of different countries and changed the world. As the routes were used by people of different cultures, they facilitated the exchange of religions, ideas, art and science across national borders.
The journey begins with spicy top notes of Ginger, Cardamom, Saffron and Sichuan Pepper. Then a warm floral heart opens with notes of Ambergris, Hemp, Date and fragrant vanilla-lemon Magnolia. Finally, sensual notes of Ambroxan, deep and harmonious sweet-smoky Oud and creamy Sandalwood complete the composition and give it depth.
